Oscar Night at The National Club!

Join us at the National Club on Wednesday, February 26 for our Oscar Night! Start with a reception at 6:15 in the Red Lounge (after all, we do need a red carpet!) where you will be treated like a celebrity. Attire will be Hollywood glamour for the ladies and tuxedo or dark suit for the gentlemen. Make an extra effort and impress your adoring fans! Dress like a star, be photographed like a star, then be wined and dined like a star.

After a spectacular gourmet dinner, enjoy a lively debate by a distinguished panel of film experts. Our resident film critic Thom Ernst will be joined by three of his colleagues: Eli Glasner from the CBC, Peter Howell from The Toronto Star, and Brian Johnson from Maclean’s. They will show some film clips and give us their thoughts and predictions on this year’s amazing Oscar nominees.

Join in the fun and make your own predictions—mark your Oscar ballot for a chance to win a valuable prize! The actual Oscar presentations will take place on Sunday, March 2, after which our winning ballot will be determined.
